Join the journey toward next generation reverse logistics solutions
Located at our office in Raubling, Germany you will join the EMEA Aftermarket Service team to ensure the timely and complete handling and delivery of customer replacement orders. You will take part in the ongoing optimization of our reverse logistics solutions, processes, and applications to make our return management models smarter, faster, and leaner while also mitigating challenges in flows, policies, and systems that support our customers.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholder functions such as Sales, Quality, EMEA technical support team, our 3PL warehouse, and our customer base, your key tasks will include:
International and innovative environment
In Raubling, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Aftermarket Services Manager and other team members in the EMEA Jabra Support & Services team to ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction. Furthermore, you will become part of a truly international environment collaborating with colleagues and internal stakeholders in NA, EMEA, and APAC regions. This will take you travelling 20-30 days a year and in periods more, as on-site assistance at EMEA AMS hub will be a key area for the job.
