Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding of new employees in our HQ and our subsidiaries. You will be the point of contact for our employees and subsidiaries, and assure the improvement and availability of HR projects and programs to develop our employees, foster performance and create commitment and engagement. Moreover you will:
- Support and implement the overall HR strategy in the subsidiaries
- Investigate and monitor global HR processes and improve if necessary
- Support in designing, conceptualizing, implementing and maintaining HR development, talent & performance management projects across the HQ and all subsidiaries
- Monitor state of satisfaction and commitment of employees and implement appropriate measures
- Create an ‘One Amoena’ feeling by appropriate employee communication initiatives, e.g. corporate newsletter
Voraussetzungen
Our expectations:
We are looking for someone who passionately works through the Amoena Mission & Vision with positive energy. We need strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Also hands-on mentality & pro-activity are important. You should be a team player, but also work independently. Moreover, you convince us by:
- 2-3 years working experience in similar role
- Degree in HR management, or management with focus on HR
- Experience in the medical or fashion industry and in international matrix settings are of advantage
- Excellent German and English language skills, additional languages are of advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20 % nationally and internationally)
